Rick Carnaroli is a magistrate court judge for the Sixth Judicial District in Idaho.[1] He was appointed in 2017 by Republican Governor Butch Otter to replacement David Nye, who was elevated to the federal bench in 2017.[2] His initial term expired on January 6, 2019.

He was formerly a magistrate judge for a different seat on the Sixth Judicial District in Idaho. He was retained to that seat retained in 2014.[3]

Carnaroli was retained to the 6th District Court, Bannock County magistrate seat with 87 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [3]
