Biography
Rick Chandler was born in Birmingham, Alabama. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of South Alabama in 1980 and a graduate degree from the Florida Institute of Technology in 1995. His career experience includes working as an engineer. Chandler has been affiliated with the National Rifle Association.[1]
