Rick Crawford (Georgia)
Rick Crawford is a former Democratic member of the Georgia House of Representatives, representing District 16 from 2007 to 2013.
Biography
Crawford's professional experience includes working as an attorney, special assistant attorney general for the Georgia Department of Transportation, chief magistrate of Polk County from 2002-2003, and municipal court judge in Rockmart, GA from 1996-2003 and in Cedartown, GA from 1993-2000.
He is a Sunday school teacher at the First Baptist Church of Cedartown, on the Executive Committee of the Georgia Council of Municipal Court Judges, and a graduate of the Georgia Department of Community Affairs Regional Economic Development Program.[1]

2012
Crawford ran in the 2012 election for Georgia House of Representatives District 16. Crawford ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on July 31, 2012. Jennifer Hulsey and Trey Kelley ran in the Republican primary. The general election took place on November 6, 2012.[2]
2010
Crawford ran for re-election to the 16th District seat in 2010. He did not have any opponents in the July 20 primary and no one filed to run against him in the general election. The general election took place on November 2, 2010.[3]

2008
In 2008, Crawford was re-elected to the Georgia House of Representatives District 16. Crawford (D) finished with 8,461 votes while his opponent Bob Culver (R) finished with 8,279 votes.[4] Crawford raised $49,735 for his campaign fund.[5]
