I am Rick Delaney. I am a first time candidate.
  • We must protect public education
  • Healthcare is a human right
  • We must protect our environment for future generations
Education, healthcare, preserving our environment, and bringing common decency back to our state govenrment.
Public officials must be honest. They must also listen to their constituents.
Trustworthiness, a sense of responsibility, and compassion.
I was in the third grade when President Kennedy was assasinated. I remember the events of that weekend vividly..
The legislature must act as a check and balance to the governor's powers. Mismanagement in the executive branch should be exposed and dealt with.
We must ensure that the children in this state receive a first-class education. We cannot allow vouchers to destroy our public schools.

Arkansas is a beautiful part of the country. We are seeing uncontrolled development too often. Future generations depend on our current actions on the environment.
You must, but the relationships must be as peers, not as a majority vs minority party.
I have great admiration for the social policies of President Lyndon Johnson.
We must protect basic human dignity. The current legislature's (and governor's) war against transgender youth and adults is uncalled for and all laws and executive actions in this battle should be repealed.
healthcare, environment
A representative must be accountable to their constituents. Constituents deserve representatives who can be trusted to keep their word.
