Rick Heumann
Rick Heumann was an at-large member of the Chandler City Council in Arizona. Heumann assumed office in 2010. Heumann left office in 2017.
Heumann ran for election for an at-large seat of the Chandler City Council in Arizona. Heumann lost in the primary on August 4, 2020.
Heumann previously served as the vice mayor of Chandler. Heumann was unable to run for re-election in 2016 due to term limits.[1]
Biography
Heumann holds a B.S. in Marketing from Arizona State University. His professional experience includes working as a sales manager for a manufacturing representative group called CMA.[1]
