Rick Lewis is a judge of the Montague County Court in Texas. He was elected in 2014, effective January 1, 2015, for a term that expires on December 31, 2018.[1]

Lewis ran for election to the Montague County Court.
Primary: He was successful in the Republican primary on March 4, 2014, receiving 42 percent of the vote. He competed against Chris Hamilton and Ron Walker.
Runoff: Because no candidate received more than 50% of the vote, Lewis faced Hamilton in a runoff election on May 27, 2014. He won, earning 57.8% of the votes cast.
General: He won without opposition in the general election on November 4, 2014. [1][2] 

Career

Lewis was a justice of the peace for Precinct 1 in Montague County, Texas, in 2009 and 2010.[3][4]
