Rick Neighbors
Rick Neighbors (Democratic Party) ran for election to the U.S. House to represent Alabama's 4th Congressional District. He lost in the general election on November 8, 2022.
Neighbors was a Democratic candidate for Alabama's 4th Congressional District in the U.S. House in 2012 and 2018.
Biography
Rick Neighbors served in the U.S. Army from 1965 to 1972. Neighbors earned a bachelor's degree in political science and government from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 1979 and an M.B.A. in leadership and management from the University of North Alabama in 2015. His career experience includes owning R.A.N. Apparel Sourcing and Consulting and working as an operational excellence coordinator with Pilgrims Inc., the president of AmSource, LLC, a consultant with Addison & Associates, the general manager of Williams Cutting Internacional, a plant manager/engineer with Blue Bell/Wrangler, and a manager with the RJ Toomey Enterprise. Neighbors has been affiliated with the Project Management Institute and the American Legion and has served as the chairman of the State Current Affairs Committee Baptist Student Union.[1]
