Biography
Rick Pukenas graduated from Florence Memorial High School. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 1976 and a master's degree in special education school administration from Rowan University in 2000. Pukenas' career experience includes working as the owner of Southport Tours and as the owner of the Robert Ruark Inn.[1]
