Rick Rand
Rick Rand (Democratic Party) was a member of the Kentucky House of Representatives, representing District 47. He assumed office in 2003. He left office on December 31, 2020.
Rand (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Kentucky House of Representatives to represent District 47. He won in the general election on November 6, 2018.
On December 16, 2019, Rand announced that he would not seek re-election to the state House in 2020.[1]
Biography
Rand's professional experience includes working as owner and president of Rand Insurance Agency/Rand Real Estate. Rand and his wife, Vicky, have two children.[2] He is an elder of Bedford Christian Church, director of the Shelby Energy Cooperative, and a member of the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce, Henry County Chamber of Commerce, Independent Insurance Agents of Kentucky, Kentucky Biker's Association, National Rifle Association (NRA), and the Trimble County Cattleman's Association.[3]

The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was January 28, 2014. Incumbent Rick W.
