Rick Shannon was born in Baltimore, Maryland. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1987 to 1992.[1]

- To bring the "United" back to our United States.
- We are all Americans. We have to stop letting special interest groups tell us who we are.
- Race, religion, sexual orientation, or financial status, doesn't matter when a disaster happens. It shouldn't matter any other time.
We have to have term limits to eliminate career politicians. We cannot have a society that is evolving with politicians that are not. People of the people, not professional politicians.
