Biography

Rick Weible was born in St. Paul, Minnesota. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota in 1995. His career experience includes working as a computer engineer, as well as a business owner and president. He has been affiliated with the South Dakota Republican Party.[1]

Married for 28 years with one son, we all moved to South Dakota in 2018. I have a BA in Political Science, and own a computer consulting firm since 1995. Love working with people to help then build their dream business and enjoy mentoring small business owners on how to grow and develop this business through technology and customer service. I currently serve on the Elkton City Council, and previously I served 10 years as mayor in a small town, St. Bonifacius, MN. Government must be kept small and limited so that the people can flourish and be free.

Being able to just rest, I enjoy working and helping people.
The Governor should vision cast to set direction, and the Legislature should carefully consider the merits, but also do the day to day work of evaluating the performance goals of each organization and provide proper oversight of each administrative department and agency.

Yes, since we would need to rely on others for expertise in other areas we would be voting on.
Yes, recently heard from a family, where their daughter was assaulted in a public school, and the student still does not have resolution, and does not feel safe, I am currently helping the family find alternatives and working with the school in question to find resolution.
Which days are the strongest? Saturday and Sunday. The rest are weekdays.
