Ricky Booth
Ricky Booth was a member of the School District of Osceola County school board in Florida, representing District 5. Booth assumed office on November 1, 2014. Booth left office on November 17, 2020.
Booth won re-election to the School District of Osceola County school board to represent District 5 in Florida outright after the general election on November 6, 2018, was canceled.

Incumbent Ricky Booth was unopposed in the election for District 5 on the Osceola County school board. Since only one candidate filed, the election was canceled and did not appear on the ballot.
2014
The August 26, 2014, general election in Osceola County featured three seats up for election. Jay Wheeler defeated challenger Leah H. Carius in District 1. The District 4 race featured incumbent Barbara R. Horn who lost her seat to challenger Clarence L. Thacker. Ricky Booth, Wade Davis, Lynn Dower and Linda B. Oliverio ran to replace Tom Long, who did not file for re-election in District 5. Booth won the open seat.
The general election determined if candidates for each seat could garner a majority of the vote total. If no candidate had received 50 percent plus one of the general election votes in a particular district, the top two vote recipients would have advanced to the runoff election on November 4, 2014. No runoff elections were necessary.
