Rienne Hartman McElyea

Rienne Hartman McElyea is a district court judge for the 18th District Court in Montana. She was appointed by Gov. Steve Bullock (D) in December 2016 to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Mike Salvagni.[1] McElyea was confirmed by the Montana State Senate in February 2017.[2]
Biography
McElyea earned a J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School. At the time of her appointment to the court, she was a shareholder with the Bozeman law firm Berg, Lilly and Tollefsen and a volunteer for the Gallatin Legal Assistance Clinic.[1]
