Shall the expired previous voted increase in the tax limitation imposed under Article IX, Sec. 6 of the Michigan Constitution in Riga Township, of 2.0 mills ($2.00 per $1,000 of taxable value) be renewed and levied for two years, 2012 through 2013 inclusive, for repairing and improving local roads and bridges, raising an estimated $132,068 in the first year the millage is levied?[3] |
