Riley Allen
Riley Allen is a member of the Vermont Public Utility Commission. He assumed office in 2021. His current term ends on February 28, 2027.
Allen was appointed to the position by Gov. Phil Scott (R) on May 7, 2021.[1]
Biography
Riley Allen earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Florida and a master's degree from the University of Virginia.[2] Allen's career experience includes working as the deputy commissioner and director for regulated utility planning of the Vermont Department of Public Service, and as a hearing officer and senior policy advisor with the Public Service Board (now the Vermont Public Utility Commission).[1]
