A Rio Community School District Tax Levy Revenue question was approved on the April 2, 2013 election ballot in Columbia County, which is in Wisconsin.
This measure authorized the Rio Community School district to increase its tax levy revenue to exceed the state given limits by $450,000 in 2013-2014, $550,000 in 2014-2015 and $650,000 in 2015-2016 in order to fund non-recurring operational expenses. $150,000 per year is required to go to technology upgrades.[1]

| “ | Shall the Rio Community School district, Columbia County, Wisconsin be authorized to exceed the revenue limit specified in Section 121.91, Wisconsin Statutes, by $450,000 for the 2013-2014 school year, $550,000 for the 2014-2015 school year and $650,000 for the 2015-2016 school year for non-recurring purposes consisting of operational expenses with the direction that $150,000 of the amount authorized each year shall be used to upgrade and improve technology resources?[1][2] | ” |
