Risie Howard lives in Arkansas. Howard earned degrees from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and Stephens College in Columbia, MO, and a law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Bowen School of Law in 2010. Her career experience includes working as a lawyer, community leader, and science teacher.[1]
