Rissa Williams was a candidate for an at-large seat on the Bismarck School Board in North Dakota. She lost election against five other candidates for three available seats in the general election on June 10, 2014.
Biography
Williams works as a massage therapist. She has one child who was attending district schools at the time of her candidacy.[1]
