Rita Coyne Federman is a judge for the Superior Court of San Luis Obispo County in California. She was appointed by Governor Jerry Brown on December 27, 2012 to succeed Judge Teresa Estrada-Mullaney.[1] She was re-elected in 2014 for a term that expires in January of 2021.[2][3]
