Rita Harmening Pedersen is a magistrate judge of the Second District of Iowa. She was appointed to this position in 1994 and serves Greene County.[1]

Education

Pedersen received her bachelor's and law degrees from Drake University in 1981 and 1984, respectively.[1]

Career

In addition to her magisterial duties, Pedersen is an attorney, and abstracter and a member of the Iowa State Bar Association's Real Estate and Title Law Section.[1]
