The question on the ballot:

Measure K: Shall Ordinance No. 10-002, amending RCTC'S existing 2002 voter-approved ordinance to expedite construction of the following transportation projects:
  • Widen freeways including State Routes 91, 71, 79, and Interstates 10, 15, 215
  • Widen and improve major streets
  • Expand Metrolink commuter train services

by increasing bonded indebtedness from $500 to $975 million of estimated receipts from the Measure A program, without increasing taxes, be approved?[1]
