Robbie Partida-Kipness
Robbie Partida-Kipness (Democratic Party) was a judge for Place 2 of the Texas Fifth District Court of Appeals. She assumed office on January 1, 2019. She left office on December 31, 2024.

Biography
Robbie Partida-Kipness was born in New Braunfels, Texas. She earned a B.A. in government from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1994 and a J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law in 1998. Partida-Kipness’ career experience includes working as an attorney with Morgan Weisbrod, Silber Pearlman, and The Kipness Law Firm.[1][2]
