Robbin Jackson was a candidate for Post 3 representative on the Houston County Board of Education in Georgia. Jackson lost in the general election on May 24, 2016.[1]
Jackson was a candidate for the At-large Post 7 seat in the general election on May 20, 2014. He was defeated by Bryan Upshaw and Tannya T. Duncan.
Biography
Jackson is a substitute teacher in Houston County. He is a graduate of Ft. Valley State University. In 2013, he self-published a workbook aimed at helping students master writing and arithmetic.[2]

Four of the seven seats on the Houston County Board of Education were up for general election on May 24, 2016. There was no primary. Post 1 incumbent Rick Unruh and Post 5 incumbent Helen Hughes ran without opposition. Post 3 incumbent Dave Crockett won re-election against Robbin Jackson. Incumbent Bryan Upshaw defeated challenger Andy Rodriguez for At-large Post 7.[1]
