Robert A. Rosenberg was a civil division judge of the 17th Judicial Circuit Court in Florida. He was appointed by former Governor Jeb Bush on April 28, 1999 to replace Kathleen Kearney. In 2006, he was re-elected to a term that expired on January 7, 2013.[1][2][3][4]

Education

Rosenberg received his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He was admitted to the Bar in 1968.[5]

Career

Rosenberg worked as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida from 1980 until his appointment to the circuit court in 1999. In October of 1996, he was also appointed as a temporary Circuit Court judge until January of 1997.[2]
