I am a committed Christian with 8 children. I've lived in Pima County for 16 years and particularly the area that is now LD17. I am part of the community I live in. I'm active in my church, my children's schools, through my business, and in my volunteer work with youth activities. I make myself available for discussions about what's going on in my state and what's affecting the lives of the people in my community. I'm always available to help my neighbors and can't stand a bully. I'm the first to stand up for my neighbors and to fight for their rights when needed.

I come from a long line of veterans and my father was a Marine Drill Sargent. I served in the US Navy and currently volunteer with the US Navy Sea Cadet Corp where two of my children are cadets.

I have been a business owner for most of my adult life, and have the skillset to take bureaucracies and big companies and make them more efficient. To reduce the bureaucracy, reduce waste and costs and get more for the money. In Arizona particularly the state government continues to grow and become more wasteful. I believe in small efficient government and I have the skill set to break through the bureaucracy, reduce government, and get more value for our tax dollars.
  • I have the skillset to be an effective legislator, from negotiating skills to unwavering tenacity.
  • I am part of the community and am accessible to people in my community.
  • I am not a politician. My reason for running for state senate is to bring my community to the state legislature.
The border crisis. To the extent that the state can close the border, I will support and pass legislation to do stop illegal immigration.

Wasteful spending of our tax dollars. For example, the Highway User Revenue Fund has been hijacked and moneys are being collected from Pima County residence with grossly non-proportional amounts coming back.

Regulations on business have increased which hinders economic growth.

Under the current legislator, the state has overreached it's authority implementing mandates, lockdowns, and allowed medical tyranny through taking federal funds and agreeing to federal requirements. The current legislator is continuing to advocate for federal money in exchange for give the feds more control. I strongly disagree with this.
