-Rob is a happily married family man, loves spending time with his wife and child

-Born and raised on Long Island. Has lived most of his life within the Town of Babylon -Went to Copiague High School, has lived in Lindenhurst since 2010 -Received BA in History and MA in Political Science from Long Island University -Nearly 15 years of professional experience in the education sector at both the university and high schools levels -Some words to describe Rob and his passions and interests: truth-teller, political activist, surrealist, absurdist, Constitutionalist, freedom lover, writer, and singer -Rob is a man of both science and spirituality -With his own unique, esoteric humor, Rob writes/blogs on social media about 'American Kayfabe' which focuses on our politics and society being pre-determined like pro-wrestling (Rob is a lifelong fan of pro-wrestling!) -Proponent of a very limited, non-invasive government. Rob has believed in these principles for most of his life. To keep it simple, do whatever floats your boat, as long as it doesn't sink mine and follow the golden rule. -The United States is far from perfect but it is still the greatest country in the history of the world. USA! USA! USA! -A candidate that sings the national anthem! Most recently performed the anthem at the Alzheimers 'Walk in the Park' event at Babylon Town Hall in October 2018. -Creator and administrator of 'The Movement for Long Island Statehood' group on FB

-Medical Freedom Warrior
  • The time has come for Long Island to thrive on its own and to cease being a part of New York State. I am a key leader in the Movement for Long Island Statehood. This is my signature issue and I will fight hard to make a pathway to statehood happen. Time to Make Strong Island Strong Again.
  • I am an outsider and I am not from the swamp. Iam not running for the power, I am running to try and shine a light and potentially help save people from personal and economic ruin due to big government power that is out of control. I am almost entirely self-funded with an efficient, shoe-string campaign budget. I pledge to introduce a bill for term limits. I f elected, i also pledge to serve no more than two terms in the Assembly.
  • My central, core beliefs center around limiting the size of government and placing a greater emphasis on individual choice and individual rights. Perhaps above all else is medical freedom. No other freedom matters if we do not have control over our own bodies. I will fight hard to protect individual medical and health freedom, whether that be mask freedom, freedom from contact tracing, freedom from mandatory testing, and especially freedom from mandatory vaccination. This also extends to my belief in having control over what substances are put into a body, whether that be vaping, cannabis, or treatments that may or may not be approved by the FDA or state health agencies. Your body, your choice. One size does not fit all.
-Individual choice in public health policy

-Individual responsibility
-Free market economy, removing restrictions
-Pro 2A, repeal the (Un) SAFE Act
-Education choice at all levels
-Fairness in criminal justice system. Soft on crime creates more criminals. Tough on crime creates more criminals. The answer to limiting criminality is to be fair on crime.
-Medical freedom/bodily autonomy
-Remove government waste, lower taxes
-Reign in government and party corruption-term limits, ranked choice voting
-Much smaller, less invasive government. I will aim to introduce laws to protect people from government overreach
-Solutions to healthcare crisis and solutions for a more clean, less poisonous environment without getting the government involved in either

To sum it up I want to make for less taxes, a much smaller and efficient/accountable government, a thriving business climate, with all individual liberties restored and I want to specifically focus on Long Island! Let's make Long Island Affordable Again, Let's Make Long Island Free Again,Let's Make Strong Island Strong Again!

My mom and dad in the real world.

Jesus as a spiritual guide.

Nikola Tesla in the realm of science.

Ron Paul in politics and economics.

David Bowie in music.

Andy Kaufman in comedy.

Others in different areas as well have inspired me but these are just some examples of people I have borrowed bits from in my life.

-"Never vote for legislation unless the proposed measure is expressly authorized by the Constitution" - Ron Paul

-Be transparent and accountable

-Don't stay in the swamp too long (term limits!)

-Always be aware, absolute power corrupts absolutely

-People over Party

I am honest and genuine, I get different types of people and can build bridges, I am gritty and determined. I also pride myself on being analytical and a critical thinker.
-Once again, "never vote for legislation unless the proposed measure is expressly authorized by the Constitution" (Ron Paul)

-With your position, shine a light, be a "voice for the voiceless"
I want to be someone that inspires others to take action just like I did.
Shopping cart collection/aisle maintenance at a local supermarket. Each summer for three years in my late teens.
-State authoritarianism

-Encroachment on rights of individuals and small business
-Fiscal nightmare, sky high taxes with little to show for it
-Bail reform nightmare, lawlessness

-Brain drain-all the smart people are leaving the state in droves
The state legislature keeps the governor in check, or at least they should. The current Democratic-led legislature has failed to do this.
Yes, coalition-building and reaching across the aisle is necessary to get things done and to be effective as a legislator.
Yes, I would be interested in being a part of several committees, including but not limited to: Higher Education Committee, Education Committee, Health Committee, Economic Development/Commerce Committee.
Ron Paul (U.S Congress) aka Dr. No. Like Dr. Paul, I will "never vote for legislation unless the proposed measure is expressly authorized by the Constitution".
All the people that have had their freedoms infringed upon by the government, whether that be on medical freedom or the right to operate their business due to forced government shutdowns. Too many stories to list for one page.
