Robert Bent

Robert Bent was the presiding superior court judge of Caledonia and Essex counties in Vermont.[1] He was appointed by Governor James Douglas in February 2006.[2][3] Bent retired from the court on July 31, 2021.
Education
Bent earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts in 1978, going on to receive his J.D. from Vermont Law School in 1981.[2][4]
Career
Prior to his judicial appointment in 2006, Bent was a partner at the law firm of Zuccaro, Willis and Bent.[2]
