Robert Boris (Republican Party) ran in a special election to the Connecticut House of Representatives to represent District 40. He lost in the special general election on February 25, 2025.
Biography
Robert Boris was born in New Haven, Connecticut. Boris earned a bachelor's degree from Syracuse University in 1993 and a graduate degree from the London School of Economics in 1994.[1]
