Biography
Robert Burch Jr. was born in Atlanta, Georgia. Burch served in the United States Navy from January 1981 to January 1985. He attended Talladega College and the New England Institute of Technology for undergraduate study.[1]

|- I would like to see all of the proposed tax increases stopped. This is especially important for our small family businesses in West Valley. Out of the 500 largest and medium sized cities and towns surveyed in the U.S. in 2018, West Valley ranks number 5 in the nation for industry diversity. West Valley is among the best at creating small business of all types. These new tax proposals will hurt that. There are proposed tax increase on gasoline, services and food. All of which negatively affect small family businesses.
- Our school districts continue the trend of destroying public schools. Leaving many schools financially damaged from underfunding. The future of our communities are threatened when our children are not prepared in our public schools to take them over.
- Our state legislature ranks among the worse in the nation because of poor budget planning and lack of transparency. In fact, our state legislature has created an environment of non-disclosure and backroom secrecy that rival the U.S. Congress.
