Robert C. Marsaglia is a judge of the Thirteenth Circuit Court in Illinois.[1] He was appointed by the Illinois Supreme Court in July 2001 and was retained the following year.[2] He was retained again in 2014 for a term that expired on December 6, 2020.[3]

Marsaglia was retained to the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court with 80.0 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [3] 

Evaluations

The Illinois State Bar Association and participating attorneys rated Robert C. Marsaglia as Recommended for retention in a 2014 poll.[4]

Education

Masaglia earned an undergraduate degree from Northwestern University, going on to receive his J.D. from DePaul University in 1983.[2]

Career

Prior to joining the bench, Marsaglia was a partner with the law firm of Marsaglia & Russo and served as a city attorney in the Village of Coal City. He also has experience as an assistant state's attorney for Grundy County.[2]
