Biography
Robert Cadena was born in Houston, Texas.[1] He earned a two-year A.A.S. degree from ITT in November 1997. Cadena's professional experience includes working as a small business owner and general contractor. Cadena has served as president of the Harris County MUD 150 board of directors and as president of the Camden Park HOA board of directors.[1]
