Robert Cicero
Robert Cicero was a member of the Kentucky Public Service Commission. He was appointed to the commission on April 26, 2016.[1] He left office when his term expired on July 1, 2020.[2]
Biography
Before he was appointed to the commission, Cicero was a business executive. He worked as the chief financial officer and treasurer for Aristech Acrylics LLC for ten years. Cicero is also the co-owner of High Performance Coolers LLC, a wholesale distribution company in Florence, and was previously the co-owner of a small medical research company.[1]

Political career
Vice Chairman, Kentucky Public Service Commission (2016-2020)
Cicero was appointed to the Kentucky Public Service Commission by Gov. Matt Bevin (R) on April 26, 2016 for a term that expired on June 30, 2016. On June 21, 2016, Cicero was appointed as vice chairman of the commission.[1][3] Cicero retired from his position as vice chairman at the end of his term in 2020.[2]
In appointing Cicero to the commission, Gov. Bevin said “Bob Cicero’s experience as an independent businessman and his background as an accountant will be an asset to an agency that makes decisions affecting the lives of nearly every Kentuckian. I am grateful for his willingness to serve the Commonwealth in this key position.”[3]
