Robert Clark is a judge on the Connecticut Appellate Court. Gov. Ned Lamont (D) nominated him to the court on February 17, 2021. The Connecticut General Assembly confirmed Clark on March 23, 2021, and he took office later that month.[1][2][3]
Education
Clark received a B.A. in English from the University of Connecticut in 1993 and a J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1997.[1]
Career
Before his appointment, Clark was general counsel to Gov. Lamont. He previously practiced law at Day, Berry & Howard (now Day Pitney) and Kramer Levin. He also served as an assistant attorney general in the Special Litigation Department of the Office of the Connecticut Attorney General, special counsel to Attorney General George Jepsen, and superior court judge.[1]
