Robert D. Nichols
Robert D. Nichols was a judge on the Madison County Court of Common Pleas General/Domestic Relations Division in London, Ohio. He became a judge on the court in 1975 and officially retired on October 31, 2013, almost forty years after first taking the bench. Nichols was succeeded by Eamon P. Costello.[1][2][3]
Education
Nichols received his undergraduate degree from Mount Union College and his J.D. from the Ohio State University.[4]
Career
Before he joined the Madison County Court of Common Pleas, Nichols served as a county court judge (a precursor to today's municipal court) from 1970 to 1975.[1][3]
2010 election
Nichols was re-elected to the Madison County Court of Common Pleas after running unopposed.[5]
