Robert D. Tiffany is a Ninth Judicial District judge for Hubbard County, Minnesota. He was appointed to this position on February 7, 2007, and elected to a full term in 2008.[1]
He was re-elected in 2014 for a term that expires in 2020.[2]

Tiffany received his B.A. degree in history from the University of Minnesota in 1982 and his J.D. degree from the William Mitchell College of Law in 1987. In 1985, he was also a participant in the University of San Diego's Institute on International and Comparative Law Program in London, England.[1]
