Dean was a candidate for the Rose Hall District seat on the City Council of Virginia Beach in Virginia. He was defeated in the general election on November 8, 2016.
Biography
Dean served on the Virginia Beach City Council from 1992 to 1996. He is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. Dean is the editor and co-founder of Virginia News Source.[1]
