Robert E. Baylor was a district court judge for the Brockton District Court in Plymouth County, Massachusetts.[1] He spent much of his career sitting by designation as a judge of the Boston Municipal Court.[2] Judge Baylor reached mandatory retirement age and retired in April 2013.[3]
