Robert E. Dalton, Jr.
Robert E. Dalton, Jr. was the President Judge on the Tioga County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania from 1992 until January 2014.[1] He was retained in 2011. Dalton retired from the court in 2014, effective January 7th. He continues to serve the county on a reduced basis, as a senior judge.[2]
Education
Dalton earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. from Loyola University in Chicago.[3]
2011 election
Dalton was retained with a "yes" vote of 82.7%.[4]
