Robert E. Hebert
Robert E. Hebert (Republican Party) was the Fort Bend County Judge in Texas. Hebert assumed office in 2003. Hebert left office on January 1, 2019.

Biography
Hebert earned an associate degree in business administration from South Texas Junior College in 1968. He earned his MBA from Pepperdine University in 1981. He received a Ph.D. in management from California Coast University in 2003. Hebert served in the U.S. Navy and was on active duty from October of 1959 to November of 1963. Hebert ran unopposed in the Republican primary. He defeated Rodrigo Carreon in the general election for the Fort Bend County Court, winning 60 percent of the vote.[6]
