Robert Ebinger, Jr. (b. December 26, 1944) is a former Democratic member of the Montana House of Representatives, representing the 62nd District from 2007 to 2011.

2010
Ebinger ran for re-election to the District 62 seat in 2010. He did not have any opposition in the June 8 primary. Dan Skattum ran for the seat on the Republican ticket and Anthony Miley ran for the Constitution Party. The general election took place on November 2, 2010.

On November 4, 2008, Robert Ebinger, Jr. won the seat to the Montana House of Representatives for District 62, receiving 2,821 votes.
