Robert Elliott (Mississippi)
Robert Elliott was a judge for the Third Judicial District of Mississippi.[1] He was elected to the court in 2006 and re-elected in 2010.[2][3] Elliott retired from the bench at the end of his last term in December 2014.[4]
Education
Elliot received both his undergraduate and J.D. degrees from the University of Mississippi.[2]
Career
Prior to his judicial election to the Third Judicial District in 2006, Elliot was a senior partner at the law firm of Elliott, Permenter & Babb, P.A.[2]
Elections
2010
Elliott was re-elected to the Third Judicial District. He defeated Shirley C. Byers in the general election, winning 57% of the vote.[5][3]
