Community Organizer. Fifth-Generation Brooklynite. I’m here to initiate systematic change, by bringing all of us together, by creating Community Boards that reflect the community, by advocating for a Green New Deal for NYC & for the development of the RSSC, or, Reimagined Schools & Safety Commission.
  • I aim to bring art to every block & have a goal to make Brooklyn the greatest community in the world to both live & work, for ALL of us!
  • Preserve the Sacred African Burial Grounds of Flatbush
  • We can all work together to improve our quality of life
Education, parks and green spaces, community security, corruption
I want Brooklyn to be the world’s most inspiring, cruelty-free place to live and work.
I remember the Iran-Contra scandal vividly. I couldn’t believe that our government was filled with bad guys.
As a teacher, my experience the past 16 years working in the nation’s most diverse public high school has prepared me for this job.
Directing large scale artistic and community projects, such as high school musicals and neighborhood cleanups.
