Robert F. Hagans Jr.
Robert F. Hagans Jr. was a judge of the 2nd Judicial District in Virginia. He was elected by the Virginia General Assembly on February 25, 2015.[1][2]
Hagans died on January 17, 2019, after being involved in a car accident.[3]
Career
Prior to joining the circuit court in 2015, Hagans was an attorney in Virginia Beach.[1]
