Robert F. Mumford
Robert F. Mumford is a judge of the Georgia 4th Superior Court District Rockdale Circuit.

Education
Mumford received his undergraduate degree and his J.D. from the University of Georgia. He was admitted to the Georgia bar in 1978.[1]
2012 election
Mumford ran against Earnelle Winfrey and Gary W. Washington in the July 31 election. He was elected to the position after receiving 61.6% of the vote.[2][3]
Mumford will fill the seat left vacant by the retirement of Sidney L. Nation.
