Robert H. Hoover is a judge for the Licking County Court of Common Pleas Juvenile/Probate Division in Newark, Ohio. He joined the court in 1996.[1][2][3] Hoover was re-elected to the Licking County Court of Common Pleas Juvenile/Probate Division in 2014, winning a term that expired on February 8, 2021.[4]
