Robert H. Morris Jr. was born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. His professional experience includes working as the athletic director of William M. Davies High School. He previously worked as a correctional officer/counselor at ACI.[1]

- "A State Senators principal job is to ensure that our government represents our values and the diverse nature of our community." I will bring a common-sense approach to government that the people of Rhode Island deserve. I will unite our community and put in place proactive policies, so we are not just reacting to what happens.
- Community. We have seen a surge in bias-related crimes in our city and country. We must be clear and resolute: discrimination of any kind is unacceptable. As a diverse community, we must celebrate immigration and our diversity as the pillars of what makes Rhode Island original.
- . Education/Youth. Our children are our foundation to the future. We need to make sure our youth have access to top notch educational programs. I will fight until EDUCATION IS A RIGHT under The RI Constitution.

Small Business. Small business is the backbone of America's economy. They took
a tremendous hit during the shutdown because of Covid-19. I will submit a bill that
would protect small businesses if anything like Covid-19 happens again.
Affordable Housing. I will work to ban housing discrimination & provide more
money for affordable housing. Ensuring adequate funding for affordable housing and
eliminating barriers to housing development.
Communication/Accountability. I will hold monthly meetings with the
community to discuss the issues that matter most to the people in the community. I
will attend every meeting in the State Senate. A State Senator needs to be present at
