Biography
Robert Hallstrom was born in Syracuse, Missouri. He graduated from Syracuse-Dunbar-Avoca High School. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1978 and a J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1981. His career experience includes working as the general counsel for the Nebraska Bankers Association.[1][2]
