Biography
Harmon's professional experience includes working as a surgical technologist at Kaiser Permanente. He served in the U.S. Navy.[1][2]

The city of Long Beach, California, held primary elections for city council on April 12, 2016. The general election was held on June 7, 2016. The filing deadline for candidates who wished to run in this election was January 15, 2016. Four of the eight city council seats were up for election.[3] Incumbent Dee Andrews (Write-in) defeated Erik Miller, Robert Harmon, and Josephine Villasenor in the Long Beach City Council District 6 primary election.[4]
