Robert Herzfeld
Robert Herzfeld is the Division 4 circuit judge of the Twenty-Second Circuit of Arkansas. He was elected to this position in 2008. He was re-elected to the Twenty-Second Circuit on May 20, 2014 for a term expiring in 2020.[1][2][3][4][5]
