Campaign themes

2016

The following issues were listed on Hodges' campaign website. For a full list of campaign themes, click here.

  • Water: t is crucial for America to act now and invest in our water storage, water recharge, and desalinization. Local control of our water and water systems is the best way to make certain water will not be an issue in the future.
  • Immigration: Defund the financial support of refugees and illegal immigrants. On this issue I agree with Trump that we enforce our current laws and deport illegal immigrants, build the wall, and place military bases at the borders.
  • Fiscal Responsibility: Reduce the national debt and balance the budget. Defund all foreign monetary aide including those dollars to Iran and Syria.
  • Fully Fund America’s Education: Defund the Department of Education, returning funds and control to local districts.
  • Planned Parenthood: Defund Planned Parenthood: America has to be champions for the preservation of life.
